It’s my firm belief that a good challenge offers an opportunity to develop and improve, which is why I make a point of seeking out new ones in the professional realm as well as in my personal life. About Me.

In 2007, I was standing on a roof in full Firefighting Bunker gear when a simple mistake almost caused me to fall through a roof. What got me there and out of that predicament is also what drives me today! Thinking on my feet and managing multiple issues simultaneously.

I have a long ranging career as a Project Manager, both in Operations as well as in Learning and Development. During my career, I have continued to work to improve my abilities as a Product, Program and Project Manager by learning the latest skills required to deliver on-time, every time including both Predictive, Agile and Hybrid methods. Continuous improvement is key to using lessons learned and then sharing those experiences with others, as I also have worked hard to Coach and Mentor others.

I have a proven track record of managing individuals, Subject Matter Experts, Vendors, and others while providing successful impactful programs includes onboarding personnel, coaching, change management including rolling out new technologies, and client management by partnering with sales teams to ensure learning experiences for clients.

 

I continue to work on my personal growth and have finished both my Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) certifications in the past two years. I am also a firm believer in using Lean Six Sigma with the DMAIC process to address problem solving, to improve performance, and reduce waste. As a manager, I have had great success using the principles from Ken Blanchard, and his Leadership Development models when working with my employees.

I thrive when I am collaborating and enjoy the challenging tasks, which can provide opportunities to work with my teams to deliver positive results. When I show up to work, I bring not only experience, but I also have grown a network of experts, and vendors that can help to rapidly build and improve operations.

Contractor, Program Manager for Private North American Power Generation Company. Leads Learning and Development Strategy and Program Development. Programs include EHS, technical role qualifications, job description manuals, Site-Specific Orientations, New Hire Safety Orientation, and contractor safety management.

  • Partner with business leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Subject Matter Experts, and Power Plant Management to ensure alignment of strategic operational plans by supporting Programs, Development and Systems content.

  • Project Manager for New Hire Orientation, Video Production and E-Learning content
