About Me

In 2007, I was standing on a roof in full Firefighting Bunker gear when a simple mistake almost caused me to fall through a roof. What got me there and out of that predicament is also what drives me today! Thinking on my feet and managing multiple issues simultaneously.

I am an extremely positive and effective Project Manager with a successful career effectively multi-tasking to complete numerous projects for the past 25 years. I use the "hit the ball over the net" approach to making sure I am always communicating and delivering.

I thrive when I am collaborating with people and enjoy the challenges of new opportunities to learn. I work with an agile mindset, and evolve my work to best suit the program and use constant feedback from stakeholders, executives, clients, subject matter experts and most importantly, the direct end users.

I have spent the last 12 years as a proficient Learning and Development Manager effectively educating people in multiple job positions and functions. I have a proven track record providing successful impactful programs includes onboarding personnel, coaching, change management including rolling out new technologies, and client management by partnering with sales teams to ensure learning experiences for clients.
