January 2023 - December 2024 (Contract Role)

Contractor, Program Manager for Private North American Power Generation Company. Leads Learning and Development Strategy and Program Development. Programs include EHS, technical role qualifications, job description manuals, Site-Specific Orientations, New Hire Safety Orientation, and contractor safety management.

  • Partner with business leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Subject Matter Experts, and Power Plant Management to ensure alignment of strategic operational plans by supporting Programs, Development and Systems content.

Leads learning and development of staff regarding project management, resource management, remote work, software applications, scientific theory, and workflows. Promoted to Technical Training Manager in 06/2010.

  • Managed New Hire Development programs that reduced employee development time by 50%.
